In 2007 the Australian Government drafted legislation to extend anti-money laundering provisions to real estate agents, lawyers, accountants and other notaries authorized to perform the legal formalities surrounding money laundering in Australian real estate. The legislation has never been implemented.

The higher realms have revealed the reason you are struggling to get your foot in the door in real estate is because housing prices have been escalated by that tax haven money entering the market place.

We have created these pseudonyms to help you understand the next part of our article. They have been made up at time of print and don’t exist in real life.

Our fake @AngelGirl is one of the many Twitter accounts that are being set up to impersonate real people like you and me.  

The SEO social management that create these accounts are spitting out thousands of fake profiles. They have decided they want to promote @psychicAngelica's Christmas gift vouchers and are engaging in a false conversation between themselves. The company is managing the Twitter business account and the fake profiles talking to it.

The same with the @MelbournePsychic reading offer between @melbournepsychic and @StKildaRed this is another fake account being set up by the owners of an Australian psychic chat service.

They have deliberately followed your Twitter account.

Because they seemed likeable you decided to follow them back.  

What you didn't know was they previously created lists of people who write about Melbourne. You innocently updated particular sporting tweets about the Aussie Rules Football, and used the #Melbourne hash tag some months ahead and hey presto you became one of the thousands of accounts they selected to prompt you to use the psychic businesses services.

Therefore the friendly girl who regularly comes in and comments on your tweets isn't a girl at all.  She is a man from India befriending you because the company he works for is being paid to bring in new customers for the psychic business they are promoting.

Now how do you feel about someone impersonating a women or a man and following you on your Twitter account simply because you meet the demographic makeup they were looking for?

The psychic company has entered into these types of business relationships knowing full well they are misleading their customers and believing it is perfectly acceptable to attract new customers this way.

You are now communicating in a different cyber world and if you don't take your personal safety and privacy details seriously, then criminals or fake psychic will take advantage of that.

What can you do about it?

1. Stop any psychic from friending you on Facebook. Immediately remove all friend's psychic Mind Body Spirit profiles if you converse with them regularly. We recently closed our Facebook account and closely monitor followers on Twitter and Google+. 2. Change your privacy settings on Facebook, Linked In, Twitter to friends only and immediately stop online psychics from knowing your personal information.


3. Don't click online websites from Facebook and Twitter before thoroughly searching their business reputation on Google, Yahoo and Bing.


4. Type in the domain business address in Twitter and see if multiple accounts come up for the same business or psychic.


5. Don't click links that are not from a genuine website (do step 4 before clicking). Twitter will normally bring up a warning for phishing accounts.


6. Report any unusual Twitter accounts to the Twitter spam and management section. Do the same for Google+ and Facebook etc.


7. Don't believe recommendation sites. A lot of psychics are falsely recommending their own services by having multiple fake Twitter and Facebook accounts. They do this to build up false reputation. They also update fake psychic reviews etc.

On those days we need to center ourselves and move our self away from the self who is buying into their inner child behaviors and to find within ourselves an energy of forgiving both the self who forced these emotions to the surface and our self for not dealing with the issue satisfactorily.

Psychic Medium Vine - Client Remembrance

Vine shares a touching tribute about a deceased Melbourne client

I am going to leave a remembrance today on my psychic blog for a deceased client from Melbourne Australia. She died of cancer last year at a young age but her story is inspirational for anyone dealing with a terminal illness or grieving the loss of someone who recently lost the cancer battle.

I went onto my Facebook page today and saw a deceased client of mine smiling back at me because someone had recently updated a post writing how much they miss her. The way she lived her life to the full is something we can all learn from. However, the way she accepted she was dying from cancer and stayed upbeat and enjoyed the last breath of life on earth is inspirational.

I am not going to disclose my clients name because I work under the Universal Laws and will reveal credible psychics don't write tell-all books about their customer’s private conversations - especially after they have died. Reputable psychics and mediums work under similar spiritual laws as medical practitioners and priests - we are required to keep our clients confidences and their anonymity to ourselves.

I will call her Faith because that's what my deceased client showed all the way throughout her life when she battled cancer. Faith first contacted me on my psychic line in Melbourne in 2007 for a psychic reading. She didn't share anything about her background and asked me for a general reading. She could have been a food critic because there wasn't a week this 'foodie' wasn't digging into delicious treats.

The CBD, Doncaster and Chadstone Shopping Center also got a good work out as she found fashionable outfits in the up-market shops.

Like myself, her Facebook followers were greeted with beautiful photos of her regular visit to the beauty salon where she would display the most exquisite freshly painted finger nails. Delicate soft model hands would proudly display nail art. It was wonderful to see pale pink and aqua blue stars painted nails, or deep red nails with miniature Christmas pictures staring back at you.

If you were someone viewing Faith for the first time you might believe she was over indulgent. She didn't care; she was a feminine goddess who loved beautiful things. She would have helped many a shopkeeper in Melbourne survive the GFC with her patronage and that's all that mattered. If you had the opportunity of speaking to Faith you would have met the most warmhearted person who loved everyone she came in contact with.

Everything about her life was documented on Facebook, even her last days in the Melbourne hospital ward.

Her mother would dutifully update her childs photos of blue Smurfs while her daughter was fighting to survive. Each Smurf character was her unique way of looking at life. It represented something about her life and how much she valued everything about our precious planet, her family and friends.

Faith held her hands up into the air where she lay on a hospital bed, weak after fighting cancer, to greet her Facebook followers. One of her regular hospital visitors would update a photo onto her site and share it with her friends. Faith knew that she had to help others accept her passing by being the one to show she was doing fine. I know from the deep spiritual readings we shared that she was aware she would have to be strong for her kids, parents and her friends.

Faith died the way she lived her life. She died with dignity. She received loving prayers throughout Australia and the world from all of her regular Facebook friends. She's now in the spiritual world, no longer suffering.

Her heightened energy will greet her friends in their dreams. They will recognize the angelic guidance as they greet her in their sleep. She is the comforting spiritual presence in her family home, helping her children and parents from the higher realms to know she is still with them.

She never doubted there was life after death. She was able to lighten her energetic field before she lifted out of her physical vessel and be 'all knowing' about what her life was about.

Faith didn't ever become the victim. She had her down times when she was emotionally and physically tired but she always pulled herself out of the dumps by laughing and enjoying life.

She is someone that would encourage me to write about her life journey and inspire other people going through cancer or a similar terminal illness.

Before we can love another self we have to find in our self a love for who we really are. We are Universal consciousness incarnated to experience great growth and to be one with all.

When falling in love with another self, it can be one of the most unusual energy pulls because you will feel magnetically drawn to be in their energy and to want to share not only your physical self, but your mental and spiritual self.

It's a love which is like no other and you will feel like you are in a loving cocoon, which blocks out unwanted intrusions and uncertainties and allows you to be accepted for who you really are.

This experience is rare....because a large number of self's hide behind their uncertainties and are afraid to show their real self's in case they will be rejected or not accepted.

Love is a subtle energy, it emerges from a level of trust and intimacy that only two people can share.

It is an emotional exchange which allows you to share your inner most secrets and to feel unconditional acceptance. It is a love which doesn't need to be analyzed, because it just is.

When falling in love and sharing our self sexually, we allow our beings to emerge into one of the highest vibrational forces - the sexual trusting loving self.

Sometimes I love to go into a trance-like state and paint the messages of nature. The above painting depicts the ethereal energy of our human connection to nature.

There was a storm last night which commanded the listener's presence. First came nature's fireworks display of piercing white, blue light and a few seconds later a thunderous roar deafened the listener with its urgent need to draw the awaiting clouds to release its downpour on the surrounding environment. This rain is much needed by the earth; which aches due to its parched unquenching thirst from a long-term drought that has sucked the nutrients out of this once rich nourishing ground.

Nature has the amazing ability to take centre stage and to demonstrate on will, how the sequence of events shall take place. The benefits of linking into nature are one hundred fold If you allow yourself to be still and to breathe deeply and take long drawn out breaths and to become one.... then you allow yourself to be connected to your real self and the energy of nature.

The pace of life we have created on this earth is man made and faster than a speeding clock. Our body attempts to keep up with the demands we make upon it, but is unable to process all the learning's and stimuli it experiences in one day. As a result of this, we may feel overwhelmed or tired and look to other means to help us deaden our electrifying mind.

Bring to your thoughts a deep rooted, large and energetic tree and witness how this tree experiences all kinds of seasonal change throughout the year. In Winter it removes all its unwanted possessions and lays bare its skeletal structure. In Autumn it peels away its husky exterior and leaves itself open to the changing elements. Spring and Summer metamorphically show the tree in its natural wonder; large, majestic and beautifully glowing since new growth has taken place. We stand near the tree and gaze up at the green foliage and watch how a light breeze playfully moves in between the trees lush olive branches and displays its resplendent natural energy and allows us to become who we really are; consciousness in motion co-creating with the subtle Universal vibrational energies.
